    From start to finish, the experience was HORRIBLE! I woke up this morning for work and received a text message from Travis (one of the movers now claiming he's part owner) calling me a Bitch after I asked for a supervisor phone number last Wednesday. The intent like I explained to Kyrie Craig (another alleged supervisor) was NOT to get anyone fired but, to be properly compensated and/or charged for the correct amount of time used. Travis reported the move started at 9:30 AM which was a LIE! The original move was scheduled at 8 AM for 3 hours. When Travis called around 7:50 AM to ask if I was comfortable with a 9 AM start time, I said yes. I explained to him then, the only dilemma is that I have to be at the new home at 9:30 AM to pick up keys and do a move in walk through with my landlord. He said that was fine. As long as they could get started, I could leave. Well 9:15 AM rolls around and the movers were not present. Late again! So I had to leave to make it to my new home on time (15 mins away. No sooner than I make it to my new home, Travis calls twice at 9:28 AM and again at 9:29 AM. I'm unable to answer. You guys are 1 1/2 hour late. THATS UNACCEPTABLE! I rush through the walk through and make it back to my apartment around 10:25. At this point, the time should have started. Not at 9:30 AM when I wasn't present nor did the movers have a key into my home to get started. The move went from 10:30 AM to 2:52 PM. They went 1 hour & 22 mins over time. That's a 4 1/2 hour moved.I am sitting on a week later and still no update from Kyrie or Syed. How professional! On top of the movers arriving smelling like straight weed from the time Travis opened his car door all throughout the duration of the move. It took him well over 30 mins to take down tvs. They had no proper equipment to pad & protect my couch, bed or tvs. They had no Dollies to carry my boxes or heavy equipment. Tore a lot of my boxes and bags up. Broke my file cabinet and now they aren’t answering the phone!
