    Horrible. Our family did not have AC over the entire summer, management would fight to even comp us any money on our rent and I had to do most of the maintenance in our apartment because the maintenance at this place is non-existent. There’s trash piling up by the dumpster, auto thefts and auto burglaries constantly. The management also are snappy when you call about the issues, getting defensive over their inability to fix and provide residents who pay huge amounts of rent with any assistance. HORRIBLE

    Maintenance is atrocious. The day I moved into a “renovated” apartment there was standing water under both bathroom sinks and the kitchen and master bathroom had not been finished. I did not have a functioning oven/stove for the first six weeks and it took multiple phone calls to get the bathroom leaks fixed. Subsequent leaks occurred in the guest bathroom. The handle on the master toilet broke and after two weeks I ended up buying the parts and fixing it myself. The washer also broke and it took over two months to even get someone to come look at it. Voicemails and emails are ignored and when they do answer they lie or tell you someone will be out. For the price save yourself the headache
