RamJack repaired my basement foundation with the work beginning 09-29-20. The work took four days. I received a loan from ******** for the work that cost $****** and paid off the loan 02-04-22. I contacted contractors to repair the basement ceiling and replace sheet rock and floor covering. The contractor I chose inspected the basement on 03-09-22 and said two of the five wall braces he evaluated was loose and can easily be unscrewed. He did not evaluate the sixth wall brace since a heavy oak table and everything on top of it would have to be moved. The contractor said he would not do the work until the braces were installed properly. I have called the RamJack office twice, on 03-10-22 and 03-11-22 and left messages with the office staff as to my concerns. I was assured the general manager, Paul *****, will call me soon. I never heard from Mr. ***** and texted him at his cell phone twice, on 03-14-22 and 03-15-22. I have not had any responses from anyone representing RamJack. I am concerned that my concerns will be ignored. However the problem remains unsolved.Business response

I've called at least six times and have left messages. I've left several text messages as well. There may be a problem with your phone because it goes directly to voice mail. We're ready to come out immediately as soon as you'll let us know when we can get into the house. I did receive your response to my text message that I sent on the 15th but it only said that your issue persisted. I responded by asking you to give us a time and date that we could get in to look at the situation but haven't heard back. Please respond to our calls and texts so that we can get in to take care of your issue. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/03/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Paul ***** was at my driveway when I returned from errands this afternoon. It appeared that I inadvertedly blocked his calls on my cell phone. ******************************************** Mr. ***** inspected the basement and the wall support beams and will send technicians out in the morning to tighten the beams. Hopefully the basement will then pass my contractor's inspection and he and his partner can repair it. I thank BBB for their advocacy and Mr. ***** coming out. He did emailed me today at 12:18 pm and I should have left my landline number also with he and his office staff.
