    In short , bad communication , left a huge mess (refused to take it away) . Work was subpar at best. The main reason I needed a bathroom remodel was because the plumbing was messed up and he claims he fixed that too , so I pray that is better than the cosmetic aspects of his work . Because I’m out almost 8k for what I was told would be a $5,000 job . Also , made executive decisions without discussing them with us . Bathroom just completed yesterday and things are already falling apart . Plus took two weeks longer than initially expected without proper explanation as to why and no compensation or price taken off

We want to clarify that our initial estimate was provided with the understanding that additional costs might arise if unforeseen issues were discovered during the renovation process. As communicated in our estimate, any significant findings that required addressing were to be brought to your attention for approval before proceeding. We appreciate your prompt approval of the necessary adjustments to the estimate. Regarding the shower door, we strived to keep you informed and involved in decision-making. We informed you that the previous choice was not available and presented you with options, including the choice to purchase one yourself or to go with an alternative we provided. We didn't proceed with the installation until you approved it. We genuinely value transparency and collaboration with our clients to ensure that the final result aligns with their vision. We recognize that the debris removal was not explicitly outlined in our agreement, and we regret any confusion caused by this omission. Going forward, we will strive to make such details more explicit in our agreements to avoid any misunderstandings. As for the timeline, we acknowledge that the project took longer than initially expected. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we regret any lack of communication regarding the delays. Moving forward, we will make a concerted effort to provide more comprehensive updates on project timelines and any deviations from the original plan. We are truly sorry for any frustration or disappointment you've experienced. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues to your satisfaction.
