I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was quoted a move price of $4100. When they got to my property the amount had gone up to over $10,000. I had to be out of the house that day so I started talking to management and they knocked it down to 7100 however that’s still $3000 more than what I was quoted. They would not start to move any of my furniture until they got my credit cards swiped. I had gotten a quote for a full house move and didn’t bring any boxes. I had to wait until another truck brought boxes. Once they loaded all of my furniture and took it to storage. Then they also told me that I had to pay for the wraps that they wrap the furniture in because they thought that they were bringing it back. if they went back and listen to the message , they knew that they were going to a storage unit so I’m very upset about the whole ordeal and I would not use that company again and I hope others will listen to what I’m saying and don’t use them

I do not recommend them, worst moving experience I've ever had. I was misquoted and I was told that it would be around $600 for the amount of furniture I had and the boxes. In the end it was $1300 that was told to me after a very long day of your guys moving my stuff. So essentially you all are undercutting everyone else who is a legit moving company. It took 2 guys 6.5 hours to wrap and move my belongings. Your site also states 'blanket wrapped furniture protection'. There were a few of my pieces that were not wrapped. One of those pieces was a ceramic planter that shattered in the truck. Why wasn't that wrapped? There was a living room table base made of wood, 2 pieces. Not wrapped...it was damaged when they brought it off the truck. I have 2 large white lamp shades that they touched with their dirty hands and left prints. Again, 2 more pieces that should have been wrapped.I found yet another damaged piece. A framed 34 square piece of art, the glass is broken in several spots. It was tightly wrapped in bubble wrap by myself and clearly marked as glass. I even pointed it out to the movers before they moved it. Soeven wrapped pieces were damaged. The driver was insisting I had to pay for their services even though I had several issues with the move. He then told me he'd call me later with the ops manager. When they did call, the ops manager was insisting on payment. I was shocked. A reputable company doesn't insist someone pay that night. I was in the middle of moving belongings from my car and he was being very insistent that I give him my card details even though I had several issues with how that move went. I will not recommend your service to anyone and matter of fact, I will be sharing this experience on all social channels. You know its bad when their site doesnt post negative reviews and they delete negative reviews from their Instagram page.

Im the director of maintenance at a luxury condo high rise in the **** area. One of the new residents at my building hired Youmoveme.com to move their items into their new condo. Our in house policy states that moving furniture in or out of the building can only be done between the house of 8am-5pm. Three large trucks with approximately 10 movers showed up on property around 330pm to unload furniture. Once they began hauling items into the building they proceeded to block the chiller plant/boiler room door and were instructed to remove the items to allow a clear path for the building engineers to move freely in and out of the engineering plant without obstruction in the case of an emergency. They did so but would later violate yet another policy in regards to which elevator they were instructed to to use during the move. I made them aware that they were to use the padded elevator car only to move furniture. Im sure they had already been told to do so but they found an opportune moment to load the unpadded car when they thought nobody was looking. I made them remove the items after the lead man gave his reasoning for using the unpadded car. I placed my assistant in the elevator lobby to insure the rest of the move went according to building policy. It was at this point they became agitated and proceeded to make several comments to my assistant about me leaving him there in the lobby to monitor and oversee the hauling of the remaining items. They asked him if he was there to spy on them or babysit them. They made several other comments to him about me and their sustain for me enforcing building policy. By 430 that afternoon it was time for me to go home. When I attempted to leave I found a third large truck blocking the drive to the parking lot so employees and residents couldnt leave or gain access to the parking lot. I found the man in charge and told him he couldnt park there. They responded to me with threats of physical violence.

I had always had good luck with this moving company in the past. But this time it was like they didn't care about my items at all. They broke: a large expensive vase, baking dish, my blender, 2 ceramic flowers. They took a chunk out of a wooden nightstand, chipped a marble table and didn't put one of the beds back together correctly. I found my boxes marked fragile on the bottom of a stack of 6 or 7 boxes. I dont recommend them to my friends and family anymore!

I had them move us June 24, 2022. They were later arriving, but did call ahead. Everything we t downhill from there. No one seemed to know what to do. By 4 that afternoon, they finally arrived with furniture. They had recruited more people to help. Which was a disaster. They shoved a reclining sofa thru the front door scratching the glass & marking door. The door jam to basement was completely shredded and wall scratched several places. Instead of carrying chairs they pushed across hardwood floors, scratching in several places. They ask where every box shld go when they were clearly marked. They broke a leg off curio cabinet, but did fix that. My dining room table was not assembled, and when we asked to do that, the worker was very irritated. Parts were left at the old house which we had to go back and get. We finally just told them to go after 6 pm. I mentioned damage, but just got a shrug. I have pictures and contacted company. They responded that they wkd send a company they use out to look. That July 3. No one has been here or called. I have received several emails stating they wld get someone out. I am tired of the run around. I just want my house to be repaired. They were so unprofessional and was such a dissappointed. There was no follow up call, etc.

Our move was a fiasco, movers didnt listen to us, broke our front door, broke our dining room hutch, and because of there disorganization they went over three hours and it cost us an extra $1400. No one will call me back, no one will give ************ number and no one will give me general managers number. Im about to call my lawyer.
