    They scheduled my repair date about a month out. The day before the lady calls me to "schedule" and I tell her I'm already scheduled for tomorrow. She says well I can't I don't have availability. So I ask what happened because we scheduled this a month ago and she had availability then. She again says I don't have availability. I'm simply trying to find out the issue because I kept this day open for this repair. She then says she's sending it back to whirlpool. I call them but there is no one else and I refuse to speak to her again or have her show up at my house. She was very rude. According to their online reviews she treats others this way also.

    I wish I could give zero stars for all the same reasons as all the other terrible reviews. This woman Cindy who handles the scheduling and correspondence is quite possibly the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with regarding any product and service I have every used since the dawn of time. She is rude, crass, has the empathy and personality of the person who pulls the lever at the gallows when hanging somebody. She talks down to you like your 5, cuts you off, talks over you, barely lets you get a word, and is overall pissed off at the world. That aside, When I first contacted LG for my service request and they notified me who it would be, I expected them to call. They did not. 2 days later I called and Cindy acted like I was inconveniencing her because she was busy chain smoking, scratching lottery ticket and booking her next trip to the nail salon to get the corn scraped off her foot. Ever occasion after that I WAS THE ONE who had to contact them. She and the company they represent are TERRIBLE at getting back to you in a timely manner. The first repair visit they all the info, the error codes, all of it and came completely unprepared to fix it. Over 2 weeks later, they were back after they ordered the part they promised would only take 3 days to get in. The put the part in, and it still never worked. Now Cindy wants me to wait six more days for them to come back and look for another leak or problem. Which leads me to believe they won't fix, just simply tell me they will order the part, make me wait another 2 weeks and come out again. LG is getting scammed. I would trust this company to turn on a faucet let alone, allow them in my house again. RUN away from this company. However, if u see Cindy in person, please give her a hug for me, because she clearly need one. The only thing cold through this entire 6 weeks (and counting) experience of trying to get my fridge to work is Cindy's frozen, dead, lifeless, heart. Ian
