All meat is certified Naturally Grown and USDA Organic. They are also a farm to fork CSA provider - CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSA allows city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When becoming a member of a CSA, you are purchasing a share of vegetables from a regional farmer.
