    I agreed to purchase a 15kw solar system from this company on 8/18/22. Items were available for install on the 2nd week of Oct. we agreed to install the week of the 24th of Oct and was told by David that installation would take a week and inspection should be done within 21 days afterwards. They received the 2nd half of my payment on the Oct 28th after being assured they’d be done that day. Following receiving the payment they did not hook up any electrical components. After much work I got them back on Dec 12th. They did not install the meter box correctly and have had 2 site inspections failed because of incorrect installation. Also was unable to get a receipt of payment until my accountant had to have it for taxes here in February. Have asked numerous times for completion but have been unable to get there with just them and myself. Will seek other resolution if we reach March 1 with system still offline.

    Everything is fine now. He’s going to give them more time. This wasn’t a bliss Brothers Solar customer. There is a company in ******* ****** called Bliss Brothers ******* and the issue was with them, I did contact them and the recording that is attached to the email is from the homeowner.

    Found that though I was led to believe I purchased from bliss brothers Solar I actually purchased from bliss brothers *******. Though the logos and paperwork led me to believe otherwise. Did not feel David was upfront with me on this. Not a smooth transaction or installation but hopefully it will be resolved and more transparent to their future costumers.
