On August 4th, PCC restoration charged me 150$ for a transition strip installation and didn't install a transition strip but charged my account. On September 15th, PCC sent me a bid for a job and after I approved it, edited the bid and added a 500$ deposit. During the job they spent 450$ on 10-gallons of paint, the property is very small and required less than 5. They charged me 200-250$ to clean the property and didn't clean the property. I had to pay another person 200$ to clean the unit. On September 22nd, I communicated with PCC the repairs that needed to be completed after physically touring the property. They did work that I never asked them to complete and charged me for it. They replaced 3 blinds for 105$, charged me 100$ for installing a fridge when there was no fridge to install, charged 125$ to replace outlet covers that they didn't replace (they put caulk around them), they put mulch in the front yard for 150$ (never asked them to), and said that they would cap a gas line at my property but never did. After this job, they charged my account 950$ for a repair that was never completed. After telling them that I would send a plumber to evaluate the damages of the sump system that they claimed they repaired in my basement they said it was an accident. The subject property didn't have a basement. I asked that PCC refund the dollar amount 300$ for repairs not completed but have received nothing. This company works on at least 20-30 properties a month, and many investors have the same issues as me. They do not complete the work that they are asked to.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: They refunded me for repairs not completed at one property. For a different property they charged me for cleaning the unit but did not clean. I had to pay another company an additional 200$ to clean the unit. PCC restoration should refund me the 200$ they charged me for cleaning because they never cleaned the unit. They should also not charge customers for services not completed. They did 3 rent-ready jobs on my properties and all 3 jobs they did not complete all of the work. This is clearly intentional. This entity should be fined and investigated because they are doing this at scale. They do renovations on 20-30 properties a month.

      Regards,

      ******* ******
