In the month of July 2024, I received a fraudulent claim was placed on my credit report by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING. My information was compromised last year and this is another claim that been placed on my credit report. I do not know of SYNERPRISE CONSULTING and have had no correspondence or communication with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S. Code § 1681s–2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies: (2)Duty to correct and update information A person who— (A)regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more consumer reporting agencies about the person’s transactions or experiences with any consumer; and (B)has furnished to a consumer reporting agency information that the person determines is not complete or accurate, shall promptly notify the consumer reporting agency of that determination and provide to the agency any corrections to that information, or any additional information, that is necessary to make the information provided by the person to the agency complete and accurate, and shall not thereafter furnish to the agency any of the information that remains not complete or accurate. (3)Duty to provide notice of dispute If the completeness or accuracy of any information furnished by any person to any consumer reporting agency is disputed to such person by a consumer, the person may not furnish the information to any consumer reporting agency without notice that such information is disputed by the consumer. I have contacted the credit reporting agencies via mail with affidavits that these transactions were all fraudulent. I am requesting that these items by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES, partners, and all affiliates associated with/ or in connection to SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES immediately be removed or be subject to legal action in accordance with the FCRA to the full extent of the law.Business response

Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter. We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is correct. A validation notice was mailed to the consumer on 1-10-24 and we did not receive a mail return. This company has an account in collections for the amount of 768.00.I have attempted to contact the company and asked them to mail me proof that I owe this balance.The representative said that I would recieve something showing the balance due and what I was being charged for.However,I never reciprocated anything from the company and it has been over three months.I do not believe I owe this balance and if I do I would like the company to send me the invoice from the original office that billed me.If not I would like this balance removed from my credit report immediately.I have reached out to the company and have not been given clear answers. ***** *** ***** **** ***** *** *** **** ******* ****** *******Business response

Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter. We have verified with the creditor that the amount owed is accurate. The creditor also shows that the consumer had previously requested an itemized statement and that an itemized statement was sent to them at the address provided by the consumer. The consumer can also verify with their insurance company that the amount owed is correct from the 2-13-21 date of service . Our records show the insurance has been processed and that the amount owed is patient responsibility.Customer response

I am confirming that this complaint was made by me, the consumer. I have no knowledge of any third party who would be attempting to make a complaint on my behalf. Please be advised that Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. has investigated this matter. We have verified that the amount owed is accurate. The original charge was for $7,047.00, the consumer's insurance was processed and there were payments/adjustments totaling $6,443.74, leaving a balance of $603.26 that is patient responsibility. This information is verifiable with the consumer's insurance company. A request the for the signed release can be made to the facility where services were provided.
