      I went to purchase a vehicle at this location. I was approved and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Made an appointment to pick up the vehicle the next week with the down payment. They require you to have full coverage with a $500 deductible which makesyour insurance pretty high and they require this before you’re allowed to take the vehicle so I set this all in place, and paid insurance. Come to find out the day I’m supposed to sign and pick up the vehicle that they don’t even have the title to be able to sell the car to me. So I put a deposit down and also currently paying full coverage for a car that they’re unable to sell me until the title comes in. They offered if there was another car that was like that one that they could possibly sell me and the other car that would work for me. They said that they don’t have the title for that car either so they’re selling cars there aren’t able to sell you at that time, not communicating it and collecting deposits and making you pay for insurance.

      Staff at the Kansas City, Kansas location was very rude and unprofessional, ended up having to bring the police to the location.

      The check engine light came on the day after I bought it. Before I ever even owed my first payment. I'm in over my head on payments they won't work with me although my stepson was in what turned out to be a fatal accident the day before I bought it. They won't work with me at all they have no heart. thieves

      They set me up with car payments that would totally fail me, I'm head over hills in payments and my interest never goes down.

      i bought a car from Auto Now and had nothing but problems with customer service getting texts saying that my payment was due after just paying for a entire month what it boiled down to so they said was instead of paying the insurance too which was included in the car payment i made they would give me this line that the payment was applied to the principal instead the insurance too your obligated to carry through Auto Now and who knows really how many times this happened but i was told after making 90 or more payments that its my responsibility to remind them to pay the insurance they make me carry..and if you don't keep record of all the payments you made your screwed because they will not help you they refuse to print out anything for you to show all the payments and insurance payments you have made They are the rudiest unprofessional group of people i have ever met...There really isn't or i would consider any customer service from ****** who's a rude unprofessional telling me to never buy anything again from Auto Now to *** to the girls that will lie to you or insult you or over talk to you when you have a concern about this happening time and time again IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT PAID ALMOST 20 THOUSAND FOR A CAR THATS WORTH 5 GRAND TOPS with only a couple months left on having the vehicle paid off i was lied to again when i ask them about the pay off they gave me amount which i got a money order for when i went to Olathe Auto Now handed the rep and she said she needed to ask her manager something instead of telling me the problem she was having she goes and talks to the manager without me in the conversation comes out and hands me a receipt showing that i owe a balance of 34 dollars and making my experience even worse they charged me insurance again even when paying the car off... they don't care about good customers paying ALMOST **** IN INTEREST i was charged no wonder this business as not BBB accredited i could go on and on about Auto Now

      I bought my car from Auto now on Santa Fe in Olathe. I asked for a safe vehicle for my child and I to get her back and forth to the doctor's ************ because she is disabled as well as I am. They put me in a vehicle that would blow up at any time. Due to the fact that the entire bottom of the car was rusted from sitting in a flood. I paid $12,000 for this vehicle and they don't want to give me any money back or make anything right with me. I'm getting an attorney if they don't make it right. I've now been without a vehicle for two and a half months. They have my car and I don't even know where it is.

      I would not recommend car lots to anybody they sold me a car that needed fix after I pulled it off the car lot they refuse to fix the issues later down the road still had issues with this car with different things call them several times to tell them what was going on they refused to take any thing on the car at their cost I had to put the money out to fix the car at the worst customer service ever I will not recommend this place to anybody
