    After purchase of the vehicle the owner of the business (Autolink) his name is ******** promised that he would furnish me a new key for the vehicle, since the one I had wasn't operable. It's been three days now, and I haven't gotten a call or text as to when this key will be made, so I purchased my own key, so they owe me. I've tried calling, and texting, no response!!

    On 5/15/24 I purchased a vehicle from ******** at Auto Link. ******** didn’t listen nor care about what I was wanting or looking for nor did he care about my concerns. He spoke over me & is very undermining. Upon finalizing the purchase, I realized the vehicle had NO fluids. No coolant, oil, gas; nothing. The vehicle was FILTHY, full of mice droppings inside. The vehicle is full of rust, especially underneath. I almost lost my life on the way home due to severe alignment issues. The vehicle hasn’t ran since bringing it home. I notified ******** but it’s of no concern to him. I was to receive the warranty paperwork on the transmission/engine but have yet to receive it. A new fuel tank skid plate is to be sent directly to me but there has been no discussion on that. The vehicle needs a key fob to lock/unlock it. If I lock it and unlock it with the key, the alarm goes off uncontrollably. This has been mentioned to ******** several times with no response. Handful of text messages have been sent to ******** with each one going unanswered. Numerous phone calls have been made & IF answered, it’s always stated that “I’ll call you back” with NO returned phone call. ******** made it VERY clear to contact him if any issues arose with the vehicle, to which I have, with NO response or resolution. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from ******** or this dealership, again!

    On Saturday May 26th we bought a 2014 ****** ****** from this company. When everything was done and ready to leave we were told we couldn’t get a tag cause the system was down and drive it home with no tags. We are still waiting for him to send us the tags via email! We get home in the car and the check engine light comes on. (Car must of had the battery unplugged to reset it) Went to drive to the store that same night and now there’s a loud grinding noise! Horrible! Changed the brake pads on all 4 tires since they were bad and rusted out and didn’t help the noise at all. Been trying to reach the owner via email and calls since that next morning after buying the car. When we test drove it none of these noises were there, the check engine light wasn’t on and everything seemed fine. Literally a few miles down the road everything started happening. We spend all our time running back and forth to the children’s hospital with our daughter and have to have a reliable car! He knew that when he sold it to us! We don’t have the money to fix these things now since we just put it all towards a car! I just want it fixed or made right. He knew about the problems. He knew about the lights on. It’s not right!

    On Saturday June 1st 2024 we were able to come to an agreement with this business and settle out the issue. He said he would withdrawal his contract on the vehicle and he wrote us a check for the amount we paid him in cash for the deposit. I called the bank this morning June 3rd and they confirmed that the business had been in contact with them and asked them to break the contract between us and close the account. So as of today June 3rd it appears things have been settled between all parties involved. Thanks so much.
