    No stars at all. I have gotten nothing but the run around. I literally called as soon as I hit the button cause then I noticed that my screen was no longer Ticket Master and was Ticket Smarter. That alone should be a against the law. I was told just call back with confirmation number and they would definitely help me. I then purchased tickets through Ticket Master. When I received my confirmation, called and was told there is nothing that they could do cause the order was confirmed. I have been trying to get my tickets, so I can be sure I will have them to resale and now they won't have them till before the concert, so I can't even resale. They suggested I sign a consignment form and they will sell them for me. They have done a very though job to be sure they screw you. Has anyone tried legal action? My order is over $1000.

    Hi Dawn, Thank you for reaching out. Similar to other ticket marketplaces, all sales are final and there are no ticket cancellations, returns, or exchanges. You do have the option to sell your tickets via https://selltickets.ticketsmarter.com or any other ticket resale marketplace. You can still list your tickets for sale with the delivery delay in place on your tickets as you can set the delivery date of your own ticket listing. Additionally, you can continue to work with our consignment team and they will assist you with selling the tickets. Thank you, TicketSmarter

    I have purchased VIP tickets for the sturniolo triplets tour 2025 for their Toronto date of April 14/25 to date have not recieved the tickets and don't appreciate the fact that you are telling me to wait until the day before the show, just to find out what everyone else is saying that they never recieved their tickets. These tickets are a birthday gift for my granddaughter and I paid almost $5600 Canadian for these tickets. Can you send these tickets to me now. If not I will be sending a report to police regarding being scammed as so many others seemed to of been.

    Ticketmaster is a full scam. BEWARE OF ANYONE USING THEM. READ THEIR REVIEWS. They sell tickets and then do not deliver and put you in a bind on the day of the show. You can fight back by reporting this at FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION- www.ftc.gov Better Business Bureau -www.bbb.org State Attorney General- super important so each state is aware of this fraud. Www.naag.org>click find my AG and file the complaint. Stop the scammers!

When situations like this occur, our customer support team will work with the ticket seller to provide alternate tickets for the event.     Saw these guys on Facebook and excitedly bought tickets to a concert. Thats how they get you. The fact that they are not BBB accredited should have been a sign. They do not specify that they are ticket resellers. When you make your purchase, they send you an email promising to send you tickets the day before the event. Apparently, most people never get their tickets. I contacted customer support and was stonewall, just told that all sales are final. Don't fall for it!

The ready-by date on your order confirmation email indicates that the tickets may be delivered at any time leading up to or on that date.     Bought cyndi lauper tickets this summer. Seller was suppose to email me the day before concert. No email. Called ticket smart and then reassured me seller would email me that day. Now in new york the day of the concert and still no tickets. Call ticket smart again and the ensured the seller would email me within a couple of hours. Its 4:49 pm and show starts at 8 pm an still no tickets.

    I ordered expensive tickets, and the pandemic hit, I couldn't get ahold of anyone for two years...They emailed and said the tickets would come day of the show! Tickets were a no show...Over 600 bucks...I still can't get ahold of them.....

    Purchased concert tickets from TicketSmarter for ADTR in Las Vegas. Venue came out and said everyone attending must show proof of Covid 19 vaccine. Concert venue said they would reimburse people who weren't vaccinated. TicketSmarter did not refund my $350 tickets because that didn't fall within their business model. Do not buy from these Ticket Master wanna be crooks!

We had our customer support team look into this matter and they confirmed that the tickets were delivered on 2/8/2024, shortly after the order was placed. When you reached out to our customer support team on 10/5/2024 for assistance, they contacted the ticket seller requesting a ticket retransfer. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the ticket seller was unable to retransfer the tickets. Our support team reached out to you with an offer for alternate tickets but did not receive a response.     This site is a scam. I sold tickets and transfered them to another person, then the site says they never sold and there is no log in or account info to use as reference. I'm out 175 dollars because of them.

When you contacted our customer support team via email on 5/15/2024 inquiring about payment, a support representative explained the resale policy. Our customer support team has also attempted to contact you via phone several times to explain the resale process but received no response. As our customer support team confirmed that the tickets were not purchased by another ticket buyer for the event on 9/1/13/2024, per the consignment agreement that you signed, all sales remain final.
