RTS is trying to collect a set up fee for a account i didn't ask for. I'm already an existing customer with a $2000 line of credit gas card and didn't need a new account. I tried to apply for a different card with more incentives but was denied the credit and they automatically qualified me for a secured card that I never asked for. The day that I was made aware, I called *****r and was clear that I didn't want the account and he told me that I would still owe $75.00 set up fee. There was never any mention of any set up fees until i asked him to stop the process because i was not interested in the second option since I was initially denied. I received an email this morning from there collections department looking for $75.00. I never authorized anything to be set up as I'm already a existing customer in good standing for 4 years now.

Hi my name is **** *****, I have a business called **** ***** ********* which i delivered freight throughout the United States in a box truck. I chose RTS as a factoring company on my business behalf. While running my business and, having RTS as a factoring company things were fine. Until my factoring transition with them is when it became a problem. So this particular situation I (the owner of **** ***** *********) submitted my paperwork to get paid for a load. RTS submitted the paperwork twice which in return I was given $600. Due to their mistake of giving me $600. They went into my business account and automatically withdrew $300, which left me in the negative which my bank wants me to pay out of my personal account. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay back $300 because it wasn’t my fault that I was given money due to someone else’s mistake. Now if I was at fault I would totally be responsible and take accountability. RTS doesn’t want to take accountability for their mistake and their decision is that i should pay for their mistake by paying the $300 back which left my account-$300. And I feel I should have to bring my account to a balance of $0, RTS should take care of that because it’s their mistake. Thank You, **** *****

I was referred by axle fuel card sales rep (P.A.) to RTS Financial. I spoke to ***** a sales representative at RTS and he started the process to get me started. He also stated that it would only take two days to get setup and funded threw RTS Financial. Three weeks later later I was funded for 3 broker loads I sent ***** via email. Before I got funded ( 2 weeks into the setup process i spoke to ***** **** and his Supervisor and i told that im NO LONGER want to continue the process and they said they will cancel the process. They never canceled and they are trying to FORCE me to be their customer. I’ve called and sent emails numerous times and they will NOT answer reply back. Last email I wrote to them was explaining that I’m tired of there lies and FALSE advertisement on behalf of RTS Financial and that if this issue is not resolved i was going to report them and file a complaint.

RTS Financial is trying to hold me HOSTAGE! I’ve been factoring with RTS since 2017 and have grown from 1 to 14 trucks. My sales rep, ******** ******, will only speak to me after I send a termination letter. Any other time I try to reach him, I get no response. I have been trying to get his attention since July 20th of 2023 to address the prime rate adjustments being applied to my account which were really hurting me financially. After many unanswered attempts, including emails sent on 7/27, 7/31, 8/30, and 10/4 on this topic, I finally gave up and decided just to move on to another factoring company when my contract expires. On March 6th, 2024, I reached out to both ******** and the operations team to get clarification on the latest effective date of my contract since several amendments have been signed over the years, and as expected, I received no response from ******** and the response from operations was “Talk to ********”. So I submitted my termination letter based on the original contract effective date of May 24th. Just 22 minutes after sending this letter, ******** reached out and over the next several weeks we discussed my intent to move on. These communications were happening well within the 60-90 day termination window. My intentions to leave were clear. I had expressed my disappointment with how he has ignored me over the years. He still had hopes to retain my business and pushed me to think about it but was unresponsive even when I told him on 4/16 and 4/30 to make an offer. I know now that it was all a stall tactic to get past the termination window. It wasn’t until May 24th, the day of my scheduled buyout, that he let me know my termination letter was submitted 8 days early and there was ABSOLUTELY no way for me to leave. These are DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL business practices designed to trick clients in to one more year of NEGLECT!

RTS told one of their clients that we have a low credit score and they could not factor their load from us. Not a big issue. We paid their client direct. We have a 100 ansonia business credit score ran 5 minutes after rts made the slanderous claim against our perfect credit score. I am happy to provide the perfect 6 month credit score to this bureau or RTS. I paid $18 to get it. Happy to send it everywhere.

on 2/7/24 signed a contract with a 6 month promotional period. We are not happy with their services and have asked to cancel said contract. as we are in month 3 of contract. This contract is backdated to 12/15/23 and they are now not only not providing letter of release that THEY said they would send, but also now saying that there is a termination fee well over what is stated on their contract regardless of the promotional period. I would like to cancel contract with no early termination period and everyone go on their marry way.

My company signed up for this factoring company for our trucking business on the promise from the salesman that the rate would be 3.25%. When sent over the contract we didn’t do our due diligence and see that they changed the rate to a higher than agreed upon amount. We were then offered a bundle rate of 2.75% if we signed on to use their fuel card along with their factoring services. When speaking to the sales woman she told us that the only stipulation to get that 2.75% is to use the fuel card. NOTHING ELSE. After catching the company charging more money than the agreed upon amount we called and were promised a refund for the mistake that we never received. We then caught them once again charging the incorrect amount and spoke to a gentleman tanner who told us that It was due to a stipulation that was never disclosed to us but was included in the contract. We were disgustingly told that “the next time there’s a contract in front of us we should read the fine print”. This is how this company makes their money. They employ salespeople who purposefully leave out pertinent information in order to catch an unsuspecting and trusting small business owner and take advantage of them via contracts and deceptive sales people. Now was are stuck in a two year contract unless we pay to get out of the contract.

RTS will not release our account to Apex or any other factoring company. We do not have a contract with them, but they have a hold on our invoices and funds, and will not work with us to release this and won't return our calls. They are basically holding our account hostage and demanding $5,000.00 to release the account and they have no contractural right and/or authority.

My contract expires April 12 2024. My account representatives ****** **** and ***** ****** promised to send me a new contract on Apil 2nd 2024 over the phone. I have tried to call and email them since then because they never sent that promised new factoring contract to me. Today (4/5/2024) I was able to get in touch with Tanner and he promised to get the new factoring contract to me in 5 minutes. 1 hour later I still did not receive it. Then I got a message from them saying that they can only send me a new contract next week. I am 6 business days out from my contract expiration date. It has been terrible stress and bad business experience with RTS. I cannot recommend RTS to anybody else anymore. I am leaving to a better factoring that will treat me and my business a lot better and will respect me.
