SIGNED ON WITH RTS IN JULY BY ******* *****, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. WE WERE TOLD AS LONG AS WE UPLOAD INVOICES, RATE CON AND BOL'S WE WOULD GET PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE LAST 3 WEEKS IT IS TAKING UP TP 6 DAYS. WE WERE TOLD NEW POLICIES. THEY EMAIL US STATING TEMPORARY HOLD WHILE THEY VERIFY THE RATE AND THAT THE BOL IS ACCEPTABLE WITH BROKER. WE HAVE SPOKE TO ****** ****** ****** ****** ******* ***** ***. I ASKED ABOUT TERMINATING CONTRACT, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST $7500, THIS HAS BEEN AN NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THEM, UCC FILINGS AND NOT GETTING PAID FOR LOADS WE COVERED, AFFECTING OUR BUSINESS. FUEL COST. WE ONLY WANTS WHATS OLD TO US AND TO TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT. NO ONE RESPONDS TO CALLS OR EMAILS. NO ONE KNOWS WHATS THEIR JOB DUTIES ARE. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY.Business response

I have sent a Notice of assignment (NOA) to Rts in the month of June to go ahead and get released from their factoring company. The RTS sales manager ****** told me that they would be able to match the factoring rate that I was being offered from the other factoring company so I told them I would stay. A few weeks go by into my new contract date with RTS and I did not get the rate I was told I would get. I spoke to **** on 9/15/21 and he told me they would not be able to work with the factoring rate as they had promised before, I was even sent a contract stating the factoring rate at the time of renewal.Business response

RTS has been reviewing our account & holding our funds(over $15000)for more than 3 weeks without any explanation. We have been trying to reach our account rep and management via phone and emails for some answers since Aug 17th.,2021 but as of today no reply has been received. Our company has been working with RTS since March 2019 and we have never had any issues in the past. This hold up is a very huge inconvenience, we need to pay salaries, for equipment , insurance and more other expenses. We need some answers, because the way RTS is conducting business lately is absurd!!!Business response

Unfortunately, this account was placed under review due to the fraudulent release letters that RMD Logistics provided to their account debtors. These were debtors for which RTS had an open balance. The fraudulent release letters prompted these debtors to pay our client (RMD Logistics) directly, instead of paying RTS for funds that RTS had advanced to the client. In other words, our client got paid twice, and RTS now has a negative balance. The client was provided an update on their account today.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:RTS has provided release letters to the mentioned brokers but for some reason now they are claiming they didn't.
We are canceling our contract with RTS today because the way they are conducting their business is not acceptable.

******* ******* *** ********** 04/23/2020 RTS financial factoring filed a ucc filing ************** under the name ****** *** trust. I was released in January of 2021 via phone calls and I’ve been reaching out to RTS for immediate release and that the ucc filing be terminated. I’ve mentioned they’re hurting my business, also the person that signed me up for RTS factoring was apart of a company I had leased onto at the time, I didn’t signup with them originally and still no response. I’ve never factored with them because I never got my operation up and running. I tried resolving the matter by reaching out but there’s nobody that answers or responds to emails or voicemails. This is truly setting my business back, I can’t get any of the funds I’ve worked hard for. I just want to be released and have the ucc filing terminated asap please. It’s impossible for a response.Business response

Our company has been working with RTS Financial since March 2019 and we never had any issues in the past. Our account has been under review since Aug 17th. We been trying to reach our account rep for a numerous times via phone and emails for some answers but as of today no reply has been received. This hold up ($19,000)is killing our small company ,because we need to pay salaries,we need to pay for our equipment , insurance and more other expenses. We need some answers, because the way RTS is acting is not acceptable.Business response

RTS is NOT a professional operating business. We carried a load, submitted for payment, was told it was approved and later were informed that our operating authority had been revoked and needed to be reinstated before RTS could pay the $5500 that was owed (along with any money in our reserve). In 3 days our authority was reinstated. Yet, we can get absolutely NO response from RTS. We requested to end our relationship with RTS and got an email stating we were free to leave. Our new factoring company, as well as ourselves, have sent MANY emails, called every single number possible and have yet to get a response. We are now left in a position that has hurt our staff, drivers and overall business as well. We would like this issues resolved IMMEDIATELY, as it appears they are known to hold businesses money "hostage".Business response

Mr. ******* we apologize for any frustration with our services. We did confirm that your MC Authority was revoked on 08/04/2021, and reinstated on 08/09/2021. Per your earlier conversation with your RTS' sales associate on 08/09/2021, RTS is allowing you to move to another factor without paying the early termination fee as stated in your factoring agreement. RTS is currently working with another factor to complete the buyout of your account.
