    Unified Health cold called my phone at 8:59pm to solicit my husband for a ******** Advantage plan. This was an unsolicited call that is being reported to CMS!!! This is not the first time they've called, and on each occasion we've asked to be removed from their list!

    100% Scam. Check out Jamtara on ******* to see how their network operates from *****. Do not ever give them any personal info. They may have some info previously like yur date of birth, but still do not give them any further info, tell them that info is incorrect.

    I was told that this insurance would pay everything except a $35 copay. I was even told that it would pay for a dental and eyeglasses. I found out that this was not true. I had $410 taking out of my checking account and the insurance turned out to be no good. I am trying to get the money returned to my checking account now. This is a very hard time for me I had an accident which has disabled me and I don't have a lot of money in the bank. To me this is clearly fraud. When you tell somebody that they're paying for something but they don't get it that is clearly fraud. I hope this helps someone.

    I dont think that you should have to talk to 6 different people before you cancel and they all have the same questions. I find that to be very annoying and it was a long process and I was very upset with how it was. I hope they can make the process easier and be more friendly.

    We have a medical power of attorney to discuss Dads plan. We sent it per their request via fax. Really fax? Its 2022 people. Not the 90s. They keep saying its not good enough and want other paperwork sent. They will not release the information we need. Hes been paying into it for over 20 years. The company has been sold so many times. When the company name changes so frequently thats a red flag. I REALLY hope this company gets investigated as soon as possible.

    Wish there was a no star button. I pay my premiium & pay high dollar everytime I go to Drs or have labs **** Supposed to be free labs & a copay to go to Drs. NOT. I believe it is a scam. Husbands ********** even said so. Can't get ahold of anyone when you call. They don't pay anything. I have had them since Feb & if I don't get ahold of them this am I am going to my bank, I have paid long enough for NOTHING.

    When I signed up for the health insurance I was told with my plan I was gonna get discounted on my prescription and doctor visits. I had a prescription called in for me. I had to come out of pocket for full cost of prescription. So I called and asked why. I was told " I was miss informed that I don't have that coverage on my plane and wanted more money. They kept talking over me and told me they were gonna hang up on my face. Countless times. I asked for a refund because of the misleading they did. And told me no.

    These people are absolutely scumbag thieves they paid nothing for us In a year and a half now I'm sueing them. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONY. IM GOING TO WORK DILIGENTLY TO SHUT THE DOWN!!

    **************** rep for health policy actually hung up on me when I tried to call and cancel the policy they sold me. After taking credit card number, I never received any emails or acknowledgements of any kind verifying that I had even purchased a policy. Called to check on this and literally was hung up on and treated rudely by customer service rep. **** **********************'s ancillary health side is obviously a scam and I have already challenged their credit card charge on my USAA account. Policy wasn't even scheduled to go into effect until August, two minth down the road, and I was treated so rudely! Don't even THINK about using this group.
