    BBB has received complaints that allege when customers apply for loans through Engage Traffic LLC, they are solicited by a scam that requires victims to send money via green dot Moneypak. Customers are told that their banks would not accept the loan funds and are required to pay additional fees. Advance fee loans are illegal.

    Engage Traffic contends that the fraud is not theirs, but of a company claiming to be them. Since being registered with the Secretary of State in 2010 by Josh Peck, the company has had no significant updates to its ownership or principal management in that time. The BBB tested the loan application process through Engage Traffic's website and found that personal information is shared to several sponsored lenders.
