Our tech, Jake, is awesome. Always does a great job and goes out of his way to communicate and let us know what services he is providing and if we have any specific needs that he can help with. Great company that we have used for years.

I have used Augustine Services for the full three years I have lived in my house. Lee is always courteous and friendly and has kept things in check very nicely. I had a mouse problem when I moved in and that was eradicated very quickly. I highly recommend the quarterly service as that takes any concern away with extra visit. This company is reputable and their service exceptional.Augustine Services, Inc.

1 starOn May 25 my home was getting serviced for termites by Augustine.Three gentleman arrived one of which stated he was a manager.The manager immediately complained of the bid I had been given to do the job by another Augustine employee, and proceeded to encourage me to go with a different treatment. I reminded him the other treatment would not work for me because it was harmful to my dogs.I have extensive exposed aggregate sidewalks and a patio and voiced my concern of the process cracking or damaging my pavement in any way.One of the men stated, oh no, we do this every day, itll be fine.The next thing I know they inform me they drilled into a pipe. Well, it turns out the pipe was my drive and sidewalk melting system. And its spewing antifreeze all over my back patio where my dogs roam.It was the first drill they made so I immediately stopped the process and asked to speak with the owner ***** Augustine, who apparently is out of town and cant be reached.Another manager comes by to check out the situation and they **************** Plumbing who gave a bid to fix it that the manager was nog willing to pay. So he assures me he has a handy man that is licensed and insured that can fix it.He comes by a few days later and is apprehensive about the repair because it is expensive exposed aggregate and my entire stoop has to be removed then the heating system pipe replaced and then the rather large exposed aggregate stoop replaced.Several days go by then the owner stops in with a few guys that work for him and size everything up.***** says he will get in touch with me in a few days.In a few days is when I get a call from his insurance company, ******************** stating they will not cover the damages and that its my fault.I told him, well see. As it was the most outrageous turn of events Ive ever experienced with a contractor.Review fromPat L
