    Non-transparent cost of books, many additional markups after books were printed. Reached out to my rep with questions and received non-transparent responses that did not answer any of the questions. Asked if my request for price review is being denied and received response saying all costs were made known before printing (not answering the question and effectively denying the price review request).0/5 for price transparency. 0/5 for responsiveness. 0/5 for customer care.Print quality was good, but this isn't done through Cookbook Publisher.

    Our website clearly states that any design or optional features costs will be added at time of invoice. Cookbook Publishers verified all actual costs of the customer order as soon as it was received, and the customer was advised that she would receive an invoice by email for one-half the invoice amount (pre-shipping), which she paid without question. A letter was mailed to her within 4 business days with a complete breakdown of costs, which she claims not to have received. When the final invoice was sent for payment, she then questioned the cost and was again provided full written documentation of all charges according to the website and published pricing for her specific features. Every query by the customer was responded to immediately, thoroughly, and professionally by **************** and the Division Manager. Our customers' books are printed at our production facility, and not outsourced to any vendor.
