    I purchased the Raiders Canopy with 2 Chairs & Table, received all of my items in separate boxes individually but it all arrived and it was exactly as described no damages as well. I will definitely order from Stadium All Star again in the future. Thanks -Rj M****

    I knew that Oregon State canopies were sold out everywhere online, so when I saw that Stadium Allstar had one, I emailed to double-check. They responded promptly and said they would verify with their vendor. The vendor told them that they indeed had 1 left. However, when the vendor went to fulfill our order, they realized that they didn't actually have one. They alerted Stadium Allstar who then alerted me right away. They refunded my money without delay.

    I ordered and paid for a boat step ladder that was listed on there web site as in Stock on 11/2/2023. I have not received any shipping or tracking information (11/9/23) so I submitted 2 emails and called 2 times and no one gets back to me. This is really poor customer service.

    We see this message, we are sorry you are not happy with our service, although this review is complete nonsense, we checked our system and there is not 1 single email from this buyer ever. Additionally he called 1 time, not 2. We tried to call him back but he does not answer his phone. Some people just make up stories while intentionally trying to harm others. The item and site very clearly state shipping in 7-10 days. He started complaining literally 3 business days after ordering. Express shipping was not paid for, free standard ground shipping is 7-10 business days. We by far have the best price anywhere for this ladder, we will cancel this order as requested. Thank you
