    I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was assured as part of the agreement that any issues would be fixed. The engine was shaking, and I was assured it would be checked out and fixed, and I would receive a refund if things were too expensive. They offered me a $3800 warranty. They took it to a Hyundai dealership, and refused to provide an itemized list of what was found. I was told the issue was wheel alignment. A couple weeks later, after wheel alignment was did not fix it, I took it to a Hyundai dealership. Two faulty ignition coils, two poor condition catalytic converters and a replaced exhaust manifold later, $3000 more was spent. These people are not honest. They did this in breach of consumer protection laws, as they refused to disclose the issues the car had. This is illegal. If you buy from this dealership, you will be cheated. Do not take the bait and spread far and wide this business is not to be trusted.

    I bought a used car from this dealership last month and so far I have not been able to drive my car. I had it 3 days and the transmission went out. They towed it over there said they had a guy that just replaced the transmission. Lies then they lost my car keys while there so they replaced that, what a freaking joke! Then I kept calling about when my car was going to be done one guy stated he didn't even see that they had my car! Then he transferred me over to Mike who is also for of crap to feed me more lies and tell me that I now needed a new battery. So of course I bought one smh. So I get my car back with 3 days left to drive it before have to get tags on it. Decided to take a longer trip on the next saturday what happenes the go overheats and I am stuck on the side of the road. Took it to another shop to get looked at today, they told me the transmission is messed up and I have a cracked head gasket. I am going to be looking for legal action. Do not buy here!

    Like an idiot, I only looked at ****** reviews, which we all know are not real most of the time for companies, especially restaurants. As a business owner, I know for a fact how easy it is to buy reviews. ****** reviews looked great. Sales Person ***************************** was nice and laid back, he did not have much to say or really had any decent answers to our questions except for" oh it's supposed to be like that", yikes, at this point I look like *************************** from national lampoons vacation. Took a test drive and a couple of things were off, brought it to their attention and they said they would fix them, so we bought the car.They left the side panels dangling and loose from ripping them out and not replacing the plastic screws that snap the panels back into place. So now not even half the speakers work in the car. They said they did an inspection of the car before selling, so strange, they either lied or have a staff or bats inspecting the cars. It's like they did a bunch of temporary fixes to last a test drive or two. The hood popped open while driving home with 3 kids in the car. The car wouldn't shift into park, so the car stayed on, that was a long night, 2nd night having the car.They never gave us the carfax report, they put the wrong year on 60-day tag.They did not seem interested in fixing anything after calling and have yet to call back since reporting what was going on with the car.. The car has a hard time putting in Park. The Fog light button is stuck.Accelerating has a rough time in 2nd and 3rd gear.The TPMS light came on the next day after buying.The traction control button doesn't work.All these things they do not want to fix and hid from us saying the car was like new and everything worked and this and that replaced etc. My fault for not inspecting long enough. Their fault for poor communication and lack thereof and the unwillingness to care, especially considering we have 3 young kids in this lemon deathtrap of a car.
