    The best outcome of this whole experience was speaking to an employee named Marcelo. He was kind even when I was upset and he made an effort to communicate the problem. The GM, Jason made an inappropriate comment about my frustration, compared my frustration to his wife. He then tried to offer part of a refund, even though work was not completed as mechanics were telling. They had our car for 2 separate appointment's, and we still had to get a new mechanic to diagnose the problem. The GM asked for chain of events emailed to him, which we responded with, with attaching emails to their head technician. The GM doesn’t mind BBB complaints, because all he said he has to do is respond and it is no longer his problem. Would not recommend using this location if you don’t want your car for multiple weeks and paying for work that wasn’t done.
