    Predatory business frivolously charges disabled persons through short term rental property owned by ***** who also owns cleaning company. **************** fakes photos of alleged damage caused by service animal in order to extort large sums of cash from disabled guests who stay at airbnb properties accompanied by services animals who assist handler with management of a disability. He illegally charges for "un-reported" and "un approved" pet fees. When confronted with photos taken upon departure from property that are identifibly different than those provided by him as proof of damages, no comment is made. Both **************** and rental host maintain that thier practices are not discrimination because they did not refuse service. Shamefully, you predatorily and fictitiously target disabled individuals to extort money from them knowing that they lack the means to protect thier own interests. You attempted to extort and collect $565 (you did from cohost) in illegally asserted costs by means of intentional deception for replacement of alleged damage to items equal to $75 according to statement itemized statement (if you actually believe damages occured), furthermore your associates in airbnb property scheme assert Cleaninng charges in access of $410. Invoice of $155 normal fee + $100 extra cleaning in addition to $155 cleaning fee paid with reservation. You are abilizing financial abuse exploiting services and profiting by charging additional fees to the detriment of a disabled person for your own personal profit by false representation and without legitimate consideration taking unfair advantage of disabled guests and thier resources. Your harrassement and attempt to collect money under these pretenses borders upon the illegal deprivation of medically necessary devices to avoid harm of disabled person. I hope in the future you avoid such deplorable schemes to maximize profit by taking advantage of vulnerable disabled adults under fictitious services provided.
