              Saturday July 3rd, I was shopping a new head unit for my ************************. The entire experience was bad post purchase. They sold themselves as a Professional installation. I specifically asked if they do Motorcycles. It is clear they do not. I had damage to my motorcycle due to the install. Radio missing connections, wires squeezed through external parts. I have photos of the lights and poor wiring. The Radio doesn't work and I have had for 3 months, due to them putting a non water resistant or waterproof radio. I went to a professional shop. They sold a product that does not fit the bill. The Manager / owner refuses to warranty due to water damage. The Manager told me to call ****, and now that they won't warranty he is changing his story about me calling. I am out more than $*** dollars for the purchase of a radio that doesn't work and was sold with the understanding that it would. please reach out for further information. Thanks
