I'm currently dealing with housing fraud and fraudulent charges for repairs that were not done and proven to be false according to their own move out inspection. Also the companies name isn't registered with BBB and Florence Construction Contractor shows as the closest match. I wanted to file a complaint about *** Florence Contractor LLC but the business name wasn't valid. I'm being fraudulently charged for $2453.30 for damages that I have evidence as to being extorted.

I am writing in regards to complaint ******* that we did not receive by mail within the time limit.   I did respond when we received the letter that was delayed.

Here is my response to the complaint.   Bob Florence Contractor, Inc.  did own the property at the  time that ******* ******** did reside there.  We had hired a leasing management firm, ******* ******** ********** to lease and manage the property.  He has already filed a complaint for ******** ******** ********** and they have been cleared of the charges in this same matter.    I do not have all of the information as they do, such as the signed lease and the referral to collections..  The records indicate that he was late paying rent  in May and then he was late paying the paying rent in July.  Looks like he missed paying rent in July. There were charges in cleaning the apartment and  replacement for things that were damaged and unpaid utility bills.  He was turned over to collections to ********* *** ********** P A.  I only know this from the letter from  ***** **********

I have called ******* ******** ***********   This confirmed that the account was turned to collections and they have not received any payment and we have not received any payment.
******** ******** ********** has changed management and is now a new management company called ****.

I did not get much of a response from them other that the judgement has not been paid.

It appears that ******* ******** is wanting to be reimbursed for money  for the court judgement against him from both ******** ******** ********** and us.

Bob Florence Contractor, Inc. has been in business since 1898, yes over 125 years and has never had complaints about our Business which is not the rental business.   The rental business is not our  primary Business and  we chose to hire a leasing company.   Bob Florence owners have decided to retire and we are dissolving the assets and the apartment building has recently been sold. The management company is not happy with The sale of the building and did not respond to my requests for any further information in this case.     But please do look at ******** ******** *********** response to this same charges.

I do not under stand the re rent charges of $500.00  in the attachment  This looks to be a money order that did not come to ******** *****. Was  this  Mr.  Chambers   attempt to say he broke the lease.   This money order was attached 2 times to the  to the  complaint  that I received.

The best way of contact will be by email or mail as we are closing the business  for retirement and  will not be available  by phone.  If you have any questions  please feel free to contact me at
