  if all possible stay away from them i ordered 18 foot trusses with a 12 inch over hang they made 18 foot with 8 foot over hang for a total of 26 feet they had sent me a invoice before the build so i except partial fault i should have read the invoice a little better , they wanted more money to fix them and they have no return policy mind you it was only 4 trusses but it was 800 dollars

  We are a custom design truss company. This was an unfortunate circumstance that has occurred. Once the order was verbally placed over the phone the 2nd interaction was online when 2 documents were emailed to the customer. One containing the truss layout with design measurements and how it should look when placed onto the structure. The 2nd document is the contract agreement which also shows the trusses and their sizes. The third and final interaction before production began was in person when the customer came to our office to place their order and make their down payment. At that time, a 2nd copy of the contract agreement was handed to the customer with the design attributes listed. The customer signed and paid for the product as indicated on the contract agreement. At no time did this customer express any concerns and at this point the job was placed into production to be built as designed. Our company offered to remake the order to new design specifications. We do not carry a return policy on custom designed work.

  They did offer to fix them with additional expenses I had already payed for 8 feet I didn't need , my son is a contractor and said they messed up two sets for houses he was building I would still not recommend them your better of to go to Menards or porters at least they will make it right
