This is a terrible place to live. There are bedbugs in the apartment and trash out in the parking lot. I lived there 2 years and my toilet never did work right. My garbage disposal never worked right either and there was a short in half the lights in the apartment. My hot water heater leaked into the hallway and halfway into the bedrooms and soaked the carpet. They didn't come for 4 to 5 days to get the water up and by then it was smelling moldy. This happened several times before they put a different water heater in and every time it would take days for maintenance to get the water up. Black mold in the caulking in the shower and the liner was loose because it was decaying behind it. They just put new caulking over the moldy caulking. Tried to charge $200 extra after the 10th of the month on top of the $50 late fee and $5 a day. When I did move out they said I had to pay for the carpet that it was damaged. There was no way they could have rented that apartment without replacing it anyway because of the mold that was growing in it from the several times that it was flooded and they didn't come out to get the water out. It was way to soaked for me to do it. Then I was charged for not cleaning the oven which I did forget. But $190 was ridiculous. With 2 smokers living there 2 years the apartment was automatically going to need painting (I thought all places gave a fresh paint job anyway) but they wanted to charge me for that too. My stepdad receives money from the VA and it was apparent to me that all the charges they wanted to charge us was because they knew he had money to pay. That was all they were after. The sidewalks weren't shoveled when it snowed nor was there any ice melt put out so he had to cancel any doctor appointments when there was snow because the walker was too dangerous the people upstairs let the kids stomp and run all night I made numerous complaints but nothing done about it. It's a terrible place and the maintenance and management are worthless.
