    I signed a lease August 1st. Today is August 6th and I still can't live at my apartment as the air conditioning doesn't work and the temerity is 92F. Magnolia lake don't care and just tell me that it'll get fixed when it does. In the mean time I can't live there and they won't reimburse any money. I have had to take 2 days off from work and out my cat into boarding while we wait to find out when we can move in.

    Yeah, so about this hidden gem of an environment...my buddy's mother recently moved out of this cave and the apartments she is applying for are turning her down! Apparently she owes over a thousand dollars in moving out fees which quickly added up because these con-artists want to charge her @ $43 per NAIL HOLE to fix!! Oh yeah! Wind up in this Octoberfest looking environment and see what happens to your future. Beautiful, trusting people, huh! Did you read what it takes to be accredited by the BBB, and they are not!! Please, why would you play in QUICKSAND people?
