    Deposit for apartment ** I moved out in the end of July gave them security deposit of $200 they told me I would get the money back in 30 days the apartment was in perfect condition when I left manager did a walk through with me and it showed me I would get my money back in 30 days. They said it would be mailed to my new forwarding address, *** ***** ********** ****** Wichita Kansas 67211

    Residents of Magnolia Woods Apartments are expressing concern over the direct exposure of their confidential documents and files, located in an unlocked room on the ground floor near the laundry room in Apartment (*) Building. This allows for a plain view of all tenants' personal information, including letters and reports. These important documents should not be left so open to the public. This is a severe issue as the files contain all the apartments lease agreement paperwork exposing (Socials security #'s, driver's license #'s, previous addresses, Work, etc.)

    Hello, I was a tenant at Magnolia Woods Apartments, I stayed for the agreed lease dates, when it came time for renewal, I decided to move out, I was informed my deposit will be refunded back to me but have not received it. I have moved out since March of 2022, It is now November. I have been very patient and had called every month or at times call twice a month. Each time I have been told there is an email sent out to corporate or there will be a check in the mail but have yet to see any reponse or refund.

    I applied online for a 6 month lease for magnolia woods apartments on my first lease they messed up and put year date on there and I never moved into that apartment because they never went and fixed anything in there so I got my apartment switched and I made sure I told her that I wanted to do a 6 month lease because that's what I applied for online when I did my application and I was told that my lease would be up on August 1st , 2022 so that's the date that was supposed to be on my lease and the manager didn't have me go back over the lease because I did that already with the first one so after I gave my 6 day notice because I had been debating all month if I was going to stay so I was out of there on the 31st of July and then I get a paper in the mail saying that I owe all this money back because I broke my lease and it had a whole year date on there when it was supposed to be a 6 months date and when I looked over my lease they had the same exact date a years date and that was not supposed to be like that at all and I've been contacting the property to talk to the manager no call back I went up there in person they keep telling the same thing they do over the phone that she's not there she's not available and I need a solution for this issue because this is something I'm not trying to have on my rental history.
