    They will not give me my $*** back for a Diagnose about my car they knew my breaks was about to give out when they did I almost wrecked glad I didn't but now I had to brorrw the money for that and the lady ************* ****************************************************************************************************************************************** she said it over charging them the total to fix on my car is over $**** so they say but I don't want them fixing on my car because my breaks went from back to completely giving out on me and since I had tp have somebody else put breaks on my car now I can't get my money back that's not right *********************************************************************** and for my breaks to give out on me and they know I feel like I should get my money back

    I’m not going to lie I’m upset. I was told it was the fuel pump. They wanted 1,000 to replace and they diagnosed it wrong. Then charged me a 50 dollar credit card run fee on top of it. Then gave me a couple days to get the car towed back or they would charge a fee for it sitting there until the end of the week. Money wasted on a diagnostic fee and then way overcharge on a credit card fee. Extremely upset and felt ripped off. A week before Christmas as a single mother.

    On 12/15/23 customers vehicle was towed in on a roll back tow truck per the customer's request. On 12/18/23 at 9:35am our Xtreme Automotive Service Writer called the customer to which he received no answer as well as a message stating voice mail was not set up on the number customer had given us. Later on 12/18/23 the customer returned our call our Service Writer explained the diagnosis to the customer along with all the costs for repairs. The customer asked for some time to figure out how to pay for the repairs to which we gave her the time she needed, until she could call us back and inform us if she could afford the repairs or not. We waited. On 12/20/23 the customer called and stated she could not afford to repair her vehicle and that her boyfriend was going to do the repairs instead. Customer paid the bill over the phone with a visa credit card to which the customer was advised prior to paying that there will be a storage charge if vehicle is left over three days from the date of diagnosis when NO repairs are made on the vehicle, as our parking lot has limited space. Customer was also advised that if she paid over the phone with a credit card a 3.5% credit card fee will be added to the invoice as well as given the option to pay in cash to avoid additional fees, to which the customer opted to pay over the phone with a credit card. The credit card fee was $10.06, not $50 as the customer mentioned in her complaint. On 12/21/23 the vehicle was picked up by a friend. The vehicle would not start, as per the informed repairs needed, so the vehicle was towed away on the ground behind another vehicle. Xtreme Automotive does not feel we have overcharged the customer nor do we feel the customer wasted her money on our services. We diagnosed her vehicle, to which now she knows what to tell her boyfriend to repair. This customer did not get ripped off as she stated. Unfortunately when it comes to vehicle repairs, the repair news is not always what the customer wants to hear, especially around the holidays. Our diagnosis came from the owner to which he has over 40 years experience to which unfortunately that knowledge is not always free along with the fact parts prices have increased to which we have no control over. We always have our customers best interests at heart. We will be more than happy to provide any additional information as needed for this case. Thank you.
