    I have asked several times for any documents or signed contracts by me stating I opened this account but never received any sorts of action taken on their end. I am filing this dispute because I need this off my records and have made so many attempts to get information from this collections.

    This business ********** has allowed a loan out in my name that I did not sign for or had any prior knowledge of until it was noticed on my credit report. Upon calling the collections agency Ad Astra Recovery Services and explaining the details of this case, I was told to file legal action, so I did. Upon filing for legal action, this loan popped up under multiple recovery agencies as the same amount linking back to **********. After disputing multiple times 2 of the 3 recovery services have been removed from my report. My credit line was negatively affected by this and the harassment from the recovery agencies was consistent with multiple calls a day all day during the work week. I have never claimed this debt as my own and have paid previous debts in full when proof was given to me. I had to contact ********** to even change my log in info and was allowed access upon proof of my identity. This is where I was told to file legal action by a ********** employee, my second time being told. The 3 separate recovery agencies showed up on my report soon after. After getting 2 removed from my report the final recovery service began to report the account to collections everytime my credit report saw an increase, dropping my score more points than the increase itself. These actions have left me unable to work with the company regarding the matter. Needless to say, loans should not be allowed to be so easily fraudulently taken out and the harassment there after it unnecessary given that I have tried the proper approach to resolve the situation.

    I sent a dispute letter concerning information reporting on my credit report directly to the creditor. I am unsure why they are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. I have never gave this company the authorization to access my personally information or I never have any services with this company. The response from the credit bureaus was that this was my account however this is an allegded debt which is reporting inaccurately and has caused me and my family financial hardship. I made a complaint with the CFPB which was closed without a resolution. I am seriously considering litigation..

    I paid over 4 monthly installments on a $*** Loan with ****** **** which they took day after my pay Direct deposited. Then they (without my knowledge changed due date to 2 days before my Direct deposit went into my account. I call and was told new date couldn't be changed. They continued to go into my checking account 2 days before my deposit went in. I attempted to stop there requests for money with my cardholder who suggested that I close my account. I owe k ow where near what they say and should not be liable to even pay this loan. That's illegal what they did to me. I'm not paying them a cent after all the charges that accrued from their actions. It should be removed from my credit report. File#***************

    I am confused with Ad Astra answer but it appears they are pushing it back to ****** ****  (original lender )  This company caused me to default on my loan by switching my due dates. Ad Astra says they will delete from my credit report (it's on 3 credit bureau reports) Now the clock will re-start with ****** **** on my report?  I shouldn't be obligated to pay anything as it was their error.  I called repeatedly to request payment due date be changed to the date on my application for loan.  I made 4 payment until they changed dates. I had to close my checking account because bank advised me to shut down.  I will file a lawsuit against them if it goes on any of my 3 credit reports.  I have 4-5 credit cards and have paid all on time.  Thank you,  Donna ******

    I have called Ad Astra Recovery MULTIPLE times regarding a debt that is noted on my credit report. Every time I call, agents refuse to speak to me saying only “this matter is going into pre-litigation, you can pay the full balance now.” This is extremely unprofessional. This has impacted my credit and they refuse to discuss the matter? Outrageous.
