10/12/2023 Promised 4 inches of concrete at 4000 PSI promised 6 / 8 wire placed on 2 inch chairs for reinforcement promised, 2 inches of AB3 rock Actually received 3, and a 1/2 inches of concrete and the 2 inch chairs were removed placing the 6 / 8 wire on. The AB3 rock rather than being in the middle of the horizontal pour. Attempts to resolve included communication with *** **** ***** who over 3 weeks time. Frame could not find time to at least come look at it. Or provide a copy of the warranty that we requested repeatedly. We want a full refund, so we may hire a different vendor to complete the work correctly. As this concrete failed because it was installed in an inferior way and not as vendor promised in contract.

I have visited the site and went over the details with the customer he’s very argumentative and hostile. The concrete is poured over 4 inches and have pictures with the contracted amount of ab3 base to prove it. The concrete and base is the same over the whole area. Concrete cracks and we have control joints to prevent most cracking in the notoriously know areas such as corners and from existing concrete. We are at a stand still with the customer at this point. A full refund is not happening because of 3 hairline cracks over a thousand sq ft of concrete poured. The cracks are industry standard for the allowance for cracking.
