On or about the 15th of March I hired Dave Bowles Handyman Service, LLC to fix subflooring in my mobile home and lay new vinyl plank flooring throughout then to lay baseboard. The business tried to end the job without doing 2 rooms and a bathroom me. I asked him about finishing at which point he told me that he had not included those 2 rooms in the original bid. I asked how much more to do them and he gave a price and I told him to go ahead and do it. 3 days later he said he was finished. He did not lay baseboard down in 3 rooms, he didn't fix the subflooring in 1 of the rooms and the floor was layed so horribly that I now have flooring coming up throughout the house. He glued the floor down in the closets but it wasn't connected. He was paid to put transition bars down but didn't put all of them down. I have asked him for half my money back since he didn't complete the job and I now have a shotty fl9or that will need to be fixed. He keeps telling me that ge will pay me but I have yet to see any money! I paid hi. 1,850.00 to Lay my floor.
