    **** was called out to the property to fix the AC he stated that it is normal for cold air to come out of the vents when the heat is turned on refused to do any work change a filter nothing came out yesterday the weather wind was in the negative currently 40 degrees during the day the system says it’s 70 inside and that’s with it on off something is broken and refused to fix it. Unsafe for children and I have a special needs my family had to leave it was so cold .
