  Professional and trustworthy. They were prompt and laid the sod doing a very good job. They require half down as a deposit and I worried about that because of all the scammers in our world today but this company is legitimate and delivered and installed as promised.

  Day 1
  Saw the truck at ** and called to come give me an estimate. Came to give me an estimate and appointment to do the work 2 days later at 1:30 PM after walking through and looking at the job.
  
  2 Days later
  2:17PM No one shows up or calls, so I call and no answer.
  
  3:12PM No one shows up or calls, so I call and leave a message.
  
  4:45PM No one shows up or calls, so I call and told there is a flat tire being finished up right now and will be on the way shortly.
  
  6:30PM Crew shows up and starts, so I go out to ask someone what type of payments they take for when the job is finished. (I actually started out being thankful for them still showing up and was prepared to tip well)
  Short time later my daughter went out to the ladies left out there(because she speaks spanish) to clarify the work being done and was told to call the company and talk to someone.
  Short time later we noticed they were gone. Did some weedeating and took out 3 small bushes.
  Did not fully clean out the flower bed as requested. Left the mulch and rocks that was supposed to be cleaned out.
  Heard nothing until 8:30PM.
  
  8:30PM
  Received a text with the ******* information and saying that the ladies that were left here to do the work did not understand my daughter and wanted to know what it was I wanted. CUSTOMER COURTESY AND SERVICE!!!
  TO FINISH THE WORK!!!
  So I responded with the original request, no response until next morning.
  
  Next morning
  Responded to me that they had to get in touch with the guy that gave me the estimate and that he did not notice the bushes had roots or the rocks and mulch that he walked on, so it would be extra.
  So we went back and forth on text for a while just for them to promise to come out this day at 3:00PM and would call 1 hour before so someone could be here.
  
  3:30 PM
  I receive a text that they are running late and would let me know when on the way.
  
  7:30 PM
  Still no one and no notification. So I text them asking if I am being left hanging again as a customer.
