    I had my home there and they tried to take me to court for my home after a tree fell on my car and my home doing extreme damages to both. Both of my insurance companies filed a suit against them for the damages due to I had emails requesting to have the trees either trimmed or removed. After doing some investigating I am not the only one they have tried to take their home from they did not win in court with me and I still have my home and moved it out from there and it has been 4 months and I still have not received my $1000 home move out deposit as the lot was scrapped cleaner than it was when we moved into it and have not received my $395 lot deposit back when according to my contract was supposed to have both back within 30 days this was back in September and we are now January will be filling legal action again.
