I contacted Gene Francis & Associates to sell my truck and tractor. I requested the business to provide me with a copy of the contract. I asked multiple times for a copy of the contract, and they would provide it. They stated they mailed it twice and it was either my fault or the postal services’ fault. I never received a mailed copy. Something seemed off that they cannot mail a contract. Both my truck and tractor were sold at the auction. Two days after the sale closed, I received a call from the company requesting the truck. According to the website, the company must arrange 48 hours in advance to pick up. I reached out to a lawyer, and they said the business could either produce the contract that stipulates everything we either agreed to, refund the buyers money from the auction or go to court and proceed as being a fraudulent business. The business finally stated that it looks like I don’t want the money. I told him I really don’t want the money as it is not a good deal, and he is not producing the contract. The business said he will proceed refunding the money to the buyers. The auction service refunded the money to the buyers for the tractor or truck, and we ended the auction.
