    Customer service is key and the employee Micheal (which was recorded ) had zero . Would not recommend to anyone . Extremely unprofessional

    I called this company, and the receptionist picked up. I asked to speak to someone and the receptionist said she would transfer me to their voicemail, then hung up the phone. I literally heard her slam the receiver as she hung up the phone. This is not how a professional firm should do business.

    I'm sorry that happened but it is very rare that something like that would happen. We are a small business, we try VERY hard to make sure we answer each and every call and help everyone. Accidents happen and we would hope that in that situation that the person would call back and let us make it up to them and help them in anyway possible.
