on march 18th 2021 i purshased a 2010 *********** from payday motors. On October 29th 2022 @ approx 5pm they repossed my vehicle from ************* under the terms of i was 2wks behind, idint have insurance and, i didnt answer a phone call. i have tried to retrieve my vehicle and they refused to because according to them the bank refuses. i feel like the contract has been breached and i would like either all my money bk or my vehicle bk which ever comes first. i do have proof of full coveage and i dnt believe that a phone call should be the reason my vehicle gets repossed when they could had called on the following buisness day. they stated that my vehicle had been repossed once before but due to ******************************************** i couldnt do anything about that. however i did retrieve the vehicle. i did meet the requirment to retrive my vehicle. but this one on march 18th was totally not right. unrightfully reposesion.

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2023/01/28) */ Mary **** purchased a vehicle from Payday Motors and entered into a retail installment agreement to make payments on the vehicle. Mary defaulted on the retail installment agreement and the vehicle was repossessed. Payday Motors allowed Mary to cure the default and continue with the retail installment agreement. Shortly after Mary defaulted again on the retail installment agreement and the vehicle was repossessed again. Payday Motors decided based upon the second default per the retail installment agreement to demand payment in full or liquidate the collateral. The balance was not paid in full so the collateral was sold and the account is closed with a deficiency balance due.
