      Incredible service! I was having trouble with my vehicle I called them multiple times for possible solutions. They were very patient and although the solutions they gave didn't work, I sent the part in and got it back within three days on the week of Christmas. They truly took care of me.

      I bought a 17392 cat back exhaust. Two of the pieces provided in the kit are no where near fitting together as intended. I called customer service and they stated that since I painted them (with high temp ceramic paint) there was nothing they could do to remedy their poor craftsmanship. The representatives were friends and understanding but stated they were bound by policy. The only thing they could offer was to buy another of the piece that came defective.

      Do not buy torque converters from Holly performance that are b&m they do not work for a 350 turbo I guess they don't know how to measure the pump shaft over $120 in gas to prove that they're parts are defective

      0 zero stars!! ordered a grill in mid November Est delivery date was Dec 15- it changed to Jan 3ed then it changed again to march 22 the funds was taken from my card on Nov 21 and my whole project came to a stop for 4 months+ the company gets an FFF+++ costumer service feels like a drone just emailing me off a spread sheet! company might be fraudulent don't buy from them!

      Hello, my name is Russell, I just wanted to make this review in case there’s anyone out there like me that finally decided to break down and spend thousands of dollars to upgrade my car to just be disappointed. The sniper EFI is a total piece of junk. I regret selling my carburetor because by now I would have put it back on. Yes, the Techline will answer, but those guys all have their own separate opinion on what may be a solution to whatever problem you may be having. After I purchased and then instantly they released the sniper EFI two, explaining how it had 13 upgrades from known problems on the original sniper. It just makes me sick, I had the sniper unit distributor coil and CD box, as well as the 5 inch digital dash, I’m not even returning it. I’m throwing it all in the trash. It makes me sick to my stomach to think how hard I work to earn that money to buy that equipment. Whoever is reading this, save yourself the time and research a company that specializes in EFI, not Holly who does everything under the sun as far as performance parts go

      Upper management does not care about failed parts! Butterfly screw in my Holley Throttle Body came loose and ruined my engine. Sent them pictures and contacted via email and phone, but the end result was that upper management won't repair my engine. They wouldn't even take extra steps to verify it was a faulty part, they just said there was nothing they could do.

      After a trouble-free year with my Holley dash for the Terminator X Max, I removed the screen to work on the HVAC system, ensuring not to interfere with the Holley wiring. However, upon reconnecting the screen, it refused to power on. Sent it in for repair, only to be told that they couldn't fix it because the screens are not repairable and there is nothing that they can do. Now stuck with an $800 paperweight and a car lacking a functional dash. Extremely Disappointed with Holley's repair service.
