      i have went to this pet fish store in Bowlinggreen ky because i seen them on Facebook and i like the selection of fish they have there. i bought a superior angelfish that was supposed to be coral and reef safe that is how it was advertised at his shop.. i noticed that the angelfish was eating my coral and we had talked about trading it out and i was told to wait and they would call me back or get back in touch with me.. so i waited 2 days and i reached out to him and all i was told that he was in college and did i think i was his only costumer and i could go and shop someplace else.. after spending the money i have spend at their place

      Our Facebook & Google Reviews have over 300+ reviews. We have a 4.9 / 5 star rating. In reviewing complaint, we would counteract his complaint points. 1st, he acknowledged that he went to store voluntarily. No one pressured him to come here, nor to buy any product(s). Salt water fish keeping is a hobby & one must be pretty knowledgeable. It is his job to do research in buying fish relative to temperament, care level, & compatibility.   
      He voluntarily chose fish on his own behalf. He wasn't pressured or persuaded to buy fish. He falsely claimed that our store advertised that fish was reef safe. No one told him that because he didn’t ask any questions. Secondly, it's his responsibility to know what he is buying. He falsely claimed that we advertised it. I challenged him to provide evidence of any kind to which supports his false claim about us advertising the fish as reef safe. He can’t & he won’t because there was never an advertisement as he falsely claimed. Please show us where we advertised it to be reef safe either through FB, videos, or posts. It doesn’t exist, because we didn’t do so. He is telling a false statement. 

      We have a No Return Policy or Guarantee on fish or corals sold in store. Once you buy & walk out the door, the policy stands accordingly.
      The sole responsibility is on him to do own research & knowledge. If he didn’t ask questions, how are we to respond? He states that we advertised fish to be reef safe. This is a blatant false claim as we don’t advertise on this type of fish behavior. We have great knowledge in hobby & would never advise fish to be reef safe as customer falsely claims. We weren't rude to customer as falsely claim. Surely, our 4.9 out of 5 star ratings does mean something. It means consistency in service, trust, & support of the community & people across America.

      It is our hope you will make right decision based upon provided statements or lack thereof of supporting evidence on false claim.

      I am rejecting this response because:  

      Hello my name is **** ***** and i am replying to the information that was sent to you from ***** fish and coral  reference ********* i just read the reply that was sent to you from them, and i must say that i have all the correspondence between us and you can see we were on a friendly basis.  Until he said that this fish was coal friendly and i have the text messages that prove that we were going to do an exchange ... and to counter what he said  yes i went to the store because i seen it advertised on facebook and yes it was a voluntary on my part but i asked him as i am sure you can see in some of the posts that we had i asked if the fish was coral friendly and that's why it was bought and that is why we set up to exchange the fish.. now as for his other web pages i have no idea about or rating that he has... I know the reason for this dispute is the fact that he wants to be a doctor and I believe in customer service and these texts should show that .. it's not  my concern about his endeavors in life all i asked for was the fish to be exchanged  sorry it took me time to reply back but i missed the email

      Trinh Fish & Corals stand behind our documentation relative to this matter. The customer is trying his hardest to make a false complaint. We stand behind our customer service to him as well as to our hundreds and thousands other customers locally and nationwide (please see our ratings and reviews).

       

      Again, his complaints are false in nature and has no merit or proof or evidence. I ask him to provide evidence either in text, writing, or post that supports his false claims. He can not and will not because he doesn't have any. Simply put, we did not advertise or tell him or texted him. We have more knowledge than that. I'm not sure, but please look to see if this gentleman has a history of filing 'complaints' against other companies. 

       

      We are a family business trying to do good unto others. Please look at our ratings and reviews online. Surely, hundreds of reviews and near perfect 5 star ratings and reviews should mean something right? I mean hundreds of customers' feedbacks and reviews should matter, shouldn't it.

       

      We have forwarded to you all the evidence that is necessary to refute this gentleman's claim. On the other hand, he has nothing but false statements with no evidence or proof of anything.

       

      In short, this gentleman voluntarily purchased a fish on his own will and freedom. Nobody here pressure or made him purchase a fish against his will. We did not advertise, discuss , nor post anything regarding his false claim. If so, please have him provide evidence or proof. He doesn't have one.

      I am responing to the information i received concerning the Thrin business, the facts are here as i just sent... i have other documents if needed as to where we had communicated on their website off of facebook... 

      i dont have time to deal with childish issues as it pertains in calling names. The inversely information is here and I can get more ...after the last conversation we had i blocked him because ..he made reference to he was a college student trying to be a doctor but the point is I know what we talked about just as I have sent you... and as far as my integrity goes I don't have time to make up any lies just as he wrote to you...
