      I had a house fire on 2-15-2024. I advised this company of the loss in order to hook up service at a rental location. I was told not to worry about the loss so i didn’t. I received this bill for 695.00 I called and was told they had no record of the telling not to worry i would get new equipment. I spoke with the supervisor **** ****** and was told I could file with my insurance but I had till 4-1 to pay. This company that I have been with since 1993. I just ask someone look into this monopoly and realize we have only one option for service therefore we are under their thumbs.
