    Doing business with this company has been a horrific experience. From the four hours of repeating the same information to the salesman, two people having difficulty calculating finance and payments and waiting for two people to figure out their software program only to never submit the plans. To, Second cabin ordered two days later through a different sales person. The plans were submitted but notes made of measurements and alignment of windows seemed to have been overlooked. The driver was given inaccurate paperwork and amounts that were already paid. Tie downs and cinder block discussions didn’t get conveyed. Light coming through cracks in places that should have been sealed, door plate moving so door didn’t lock upon arrival. Specified numerous times about only one loft yet there are two taking up ceiling space. Windows not aligned causing waste of space to mark off sections for rooms. Sloppy paint, pealing in areas. Nails sticking out of wood in windows not actually supporting the frame. Warped wood. Submitted feedback from a link I received even prior to shed delivery. Someone was supposed to get back to me within a day or two. Didn’t. No paperwork of contract given at signing yet supposed to be mailed several weeks later which sounds like a set up for failure to miss your first payment. Plus now I don’t know the return policy and neither did the woman running the office calls. Sent photos and a text as instructed voicing my concerns and disappointments and no response. Now I have shed number two on its way , which should have been the first shed delivered, and I’m sure we will have the same results. Never dealt with a company so unprofessional and disorganized. They say they want a happy customer and I have made it clear that I am not. Who is running this business, avoiding the situation and wasting more of my precious time.
