      I have had service with this company for a couple of years, as there are few trash collection services in my area. I have had my card on AutoDebit however, in spite of this, I noticed interruptions in service. It was discovered that for reasons unknown, my card was kicked out of the system. I would have to give them all my card information and sign up for AutoDebit again. This kept happening. It was nearly monthly. It created serious issues as trash would pile up on my property leading to complaints from the neighbors. In October 2023, it happened again and I tried to call to sort it out, but they NEVER EVER answer the phone. I am single, live alone, and work two jobs. I am not able to drop everything and answer the phone when they finally get around to calling. This problem persisted until I finally gave up and just got help to take my trash to the local dump. I have tried again to resolve this so I can have a resolution to this issue or at least return the can so I can get service with another company. I have called numerous times an no one will answer the phone. I have communicated clearly my circumstances that I can only take a call after 2:30 because of my job but this is not honored. I have also communicated via email and I have received to correspondence there. There is a minimal effort at customer service and I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. They seem to believe they can do whatever they want since there are so few options in this rural area.

      I am sorry you are not happy with your service at Waste Path Services I did see have have been a customer with us since 2016 I do see that in 2020 you set your account on Auto Pay. as you have described multiple times your card did not go through due to unforeseen circumstances more then 6 different occasions up to this current date which made your account cancel due to payment with multiple weeks in between that you did not receive service because of your account being cancelled. We do give courtesy calls letting you know when your card fails during that billing cycle. If you cannot get through on the office numbers we do have an email address it is [email protected] we strive to contact people back in a timely matter and we understand its difficult to answer us back. We do appreciate your business and hope you will continue to stay with Waste Path Services LLC.

      They NEVER answer the phone. Back in November and December 2022 they only came ONCE and with the holidays, our trash was overflowing. I pay for weekly pickups and this was unacceptable. They said they were going to come but never showed up. Also, I was in need of a new trashcan and every time I called, no one would pick up. After a week of calling about the trashcan they finally answered. If you ever leave a voicemail for them to call you back, they NEVER do. You have to keep calling and keep calling to get anywhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to reach them again for the last 2 weeks and NEVER have anybody pick up the phone.

      We have used Waste Path for 2 years. In the beginning COVID was used as the reason for missed weeks. They were consistent for several months and then back to missed pick ups, especially around holidays. We were patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, we now have 3 weeks worth of trash sitting at the end of our driveway. We live in a rural area and have to deal with critters spreading our trash everywhere. When we contacted them about the 2 weeks missed they said it would be picked up over the weekend. It’s Tuesday and it’s still not picked up.

      i am sorry that your unhappy with this service. I have looked into your account to try to find out what is going on.  I do see they sent out an email to the address on file. on 5-15-23 due to your route driver being out this route has been being run by sub drivers. They are not used to running these routes and could be missing you so we are trying to speak to that driver to get you picked up as soon as possible. i also do ask that if they are not there on your regular route day to leave out the trash because this route is experiencing delays. I am going to try to reach out to you today. Hopefully this issue can be resolved in a quick manner.

      I have paid for trash services, yet no collection has been made in a month. I have trash everywhere and they will not return calls. They did finally send an email after 2 weeks stating that the trash would be picked up that week, but it still has not. Many others are in the same boat, with varying issues.

      I have lived at my current address since January 2020 and have had Waste Path trash service, first through my landlord and then myself when I purchased the home in June 2021. The trash pickup has always been inconsistent. Per the contract trash pickup when missed is never credited to the account even after calls to the company that go unreturned. I was told they left voicemails and I don’t have voicemail enabled on my phone. I left several voicemails after i received a roni call to inquire about the call and never received a return call. I was told my service was canceled for nonpayment when I set it up for automatic draft. I have since learned that this was the issue with others that had the service. I paid for service I didn’t received and was told my account would also be credited for both addresses I pay for and neither was. I spoke with ****** at customer service and she was rude and disrespectful asking me “What you want me to do about it?”

      Good morning, I do apologize that our services have been less than what you thought it should be. I have reviewed the account and did see where there have been multiple attempts to return calls from the voicemails you left with no answer and no voicemail for us to leave a message. We do try to conduct business in a timely and efficient manner, I also seen on the account that at the time you was asking for credit was when  we did not run due to weather and unfortunately we do not give credits due to an act of god, I do understand that can be frustrating but to make up for that we do pick up any extra you may have due to those events. In regard to the autopay, if the card on file has expired or been compromised then we cannot process that payment, there are many reasons why a card may get declined and i did see on your account where we did try to contact you multiple times in regards to the autopay issue and there was no voicemail to leave a message, also at this address there has only been service there since 07/19/2022, we have not serviced that address any time prior to that date. We do try to conduct business in a proper manner, so in regard to the CSR you spoke with we did realize that that was someone who was not a good fit for our company and have addressed the issue and taken the steps to resolve that. If in the future, you decide to return to us for service we will be more than happy to set you up and hopefully be able to perform our service without issue. again, i do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.

      I called Wastepath on 8/31/22 and paid $75.00 to have my trash picked up by their business. The representative told me that I would receive a can in 10/15 days, that I could sit my trash at the end of the driveway for them to pick up. I called back in September and asked where my can was and was told that it should be arriving at any time. We never sit our trash out at the end of the drive because we have neighborhood stray dogs and they would have destroyed the trash and it would have been in our yard, driveway and on the main road. I called Wastepath on 10/31/22 to get a refund and cancel our service. The representative told me to hold and she said she talked to the accounting department, and they said that they could not refund my money as they have been providing services to us if we had been sitting our trash out. They offered to get a can to us but I opted to cancel service as it had been 2 months and never got a can so I figured how long it would take this time to get a can. I do not agree with not receiving a refund as they did not pick up any trash at our house. Even if we could have sat it at the end of our driveway there would have been a mess with the wild animals and it could have caused harm. I do not agree with not refunding money to customers when you did not provide a single service to them. And what kind of business takes 2 months to get a trash can to a customer. Does not seem like a very good business to me.

      I paid for my bill in FULL for whole year of 2022. I called in September to see why yet again my garbage was Never picked up. I got rude yes. I canceled service as of 14th. I am owed rest of my unused money. They refuse because I was rude. My account canceled closed. They can't keep my money for non performed services.

      This terrible company continues to either skip my house or it seems my entire street but for my part when I attempt to contact them, most times I forced to leave a message and get no response but when I do get an answer I’m told usually that someone called in and someone else will be out the following day or some other excuse and empty promise of when they will fix the problem. They never do and they never credit my account when I ask. In fact, somehow they find a way to scream at me about this when they have not done their job and then STOLEN from me. The bill is right on time, every time! Somehow they never mess that part of the business up. I know that this is happening to my friends and neighbors as well but realize I can only speak for myself. We all try to hard and have a great community only to be taken advantage of by a company of crooks that is simply supposed to provide a service.

      I contract Waste path to pick up my garbage weekly, I was told it would be on Thursday, but I never know when it will be picked up, it has gone as long as 10 days before. Also. I have come home after it is picked up to find my garbage can thrown in the mud or laying across my drive way. I have dealt with it and not complained. However, this week they did not pick up at all with the excuse that the can was not at the road. The can was where it has been every week for the last year that i have used their service My driveway has two large ditches on each side (I live in the country) and the driveway is one lane. My can and my neighbors can sits to the side of the driveway just as you turn in, there is literally no other place to place them and they have always picked them up (when they showed up). The day they refused was a warm day and I believe it was an excuse. I have called Waste Path 3 days in a row and left 3 messages but no one has returned my calls. I want my garbage picked up, my bill adjusted for the week they have not picked up and for the garbage to be picked up on the day they agreed on from now on. I also would appreciate a call back regarding issues when I call with a complaint. During this I received a letter that they are increasing prices due to the cost of gas and I 100% understand this. I am a business woman in this town. I will happily pay the increase if I receive the service I am paying to receive, which comes along with the graciousness of a return call from a frustrated customer.
