I have paid for Waste Path trash removal services on April 1st and it's now May 6th and have yet to remove the trash that has been accumulated. ** ******* and I have tried made several attempts to resolve this with the Waste Path company through phone calls, voicemail and email, to no avail. This garbage company repeatedly will not pick up customers trash, and still sends you a full bill. We have gone 2 weeks with no trash pickup this month and have not received a credit on our account. They do not answer the phone there or return messages. This has happened multiple times in the past. It's getting to the point they are taking advantage of their customers by still charging the full rate, and yet we are not receiving service.Initial Complaint

Have had my residential trash can skipped previously by the route driver. Operations department says they will send a driver back to collect my trash before the end of the day yet no one is ever sent to collect my trash. My pickup day is Monday morning and my can is at the curb the previous night. There is never any form of contact about a delay in service. Most recently the pickup day was moved to a Tuesday. Despite my garbage being at the edge of the driveway for two days, my garbage was never collected.
