    This company should NOT be in business to work with the general public. They cussed me telling me to shove my F*****g door up my a**, after I called in to get an eta on my door; this was WEEK 17, which should’ve been installed by week 12, per the contract signed. I was told I was getting my deposit back and that I could do business elsewhere and was hung up on by the office manager of the Elizabethtown office. Shocked after being spoken to so poorly, I reached out to the sales representative to address the situation. His lackluster response was we “may” be able to install the door for you as if it were now a favor to me, and not a service I’ve paid for. After requesting a call from the owner, I waited 8 days, hoping that there would be some sort of resolution, as my door was built and ready for installation. It was communicated to me that the owner didn’t have anything to say to me and didn’t find it necessary to speak with me. Ultimately, I got my full deposit back with no response from the owner of the company and no resolution from the sales representative or the office manager. If this is how they handle business when things get difficult, then they shouldn’t be in business.

    Yes, the customer is correct in that the door should have not taken 17 weeks. The extended lead time was caused by the product coming in damaged the first time and then when the replacement came in it too was damaged. We tried to repair but it did not pass our quality inspection after the door was pre-finished. We regret that we could not deliver this custom door in a timely manner and refunded his deposit in full.
