    I called to schedule an appointment and was scheduled within two days. The technician was very professional and my carpet looked great! I discussed having the carpet taken up as an alternative since I have no idea what could have been in it as I have recently moved here. I was told that the carpet looks good and I should be fine with the cleaning. However, I could still smell the odor a couple days later. After three weeks of calls, the technician finally showed. He tested for moisture, gave me a can of deodorizer, and told me to call back if the odor remains. I called back the next week to schedule an appointment because I could still smell the odor. When I mentioned the moisture meter, I was told that it was used to make sure it was not something that they did, huh?, from three weeks ago?. I had used ******* before but wasn’t aware that I had selected a different company this time, shame on me. When I mentioned that the other company came out a couple times to get rid of the odor, I was told that they have been in business for 25 years and they know how to clean carpets. Longevity and good customer service are two separate things. They were also way more expensive than the previous company.
