      I've contacted wellness brands to cancel subscription and company continues to send me more product and charges my credit card when they said subscription would be canceled, I'm tired of receiving this when I don't need it....

      I purchased a trial sample of the product and was subsequently charged a monthly subscription fee for the last two months. I have been unable to contact the merchant by email or phone. The phone has had a busy signal 24/7.

      Dear customer and BBB,

      After further researching I can confirm we have verified and located the account in question. We see the customer originally signed up for our CBD product on 03/25/2023 for $146.03 and $10.96.
      When signing up our website does explain the terms and conditions of the order and that customers must call in or email to cancel the subscription.

      I see the subscription charge was billed on 04/29/2023 for $140.08 and the products are showing delivered to the address we have on file:

      The charge from 05/25/2023 was for next order. However that charge is in a pre authorized status and will not post through to your checking account. We have cancelled the subscription + voided the transaction dated 05/25/2023. The charge will simply fall off and should have by now.

      First, they shipped and billed me more than what I thought was the quantity for the item. Just recently sent me an email for ANOTHER SHIPMENT that I did not order and billed my credit card. I will dispute charge with my credit card facility. SCAM

      I do apologize about the subscription. I can verify that the account is cancelled and no future charges will ever post to you.
      Upon ordering our product it is fully explained in our terms and conditions how the program and billing works for ordering our product.

      Once the subscription rebills, you are sent your next order directly to your door. This is why you see a new charge and new shipment coming to you.
      We usually ask customers to return any unopened product back to us. 

      I also can confirm a full refund of $179.91 was issued today 05/01/23. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect.

      Around the middle of March I saw an ad from this company for a CBD supplement. It stated ‘Buy 3 get 2 free" for $39 per bottle. I thought I was paying $39 x 3. I was out of town at the time for three weeks. I have just returned and now looking at my bank, I see I was charged $198.70, which is not the amount I expected to pay. I have not opened the bottles and after looking them up on your BBB site, it see that this has been a scam experienced quite a bit by others. Today I got an email from this company stating they are now going to charge my bank account another $149! For what? I did not order anything else from them. At this time, I am disputing the $198.70 and want to return the product to them and any further charges they may attempt to make on my bank account. As it is Saturday, I will have to wait until my bank, a credit union, opens on Monday. This is not good business and it is deceptive and now stealing as far as I’m concerned as they may also take $150 and send me something without my authorization. I also see that on my package, that their address is now ** ********** **** *** *********** *******

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although, I did accept the refund, even what they wrote to you was not the offer I received.  I did not get a full refund.  I had to accept it minus $39.  Also, when ordering I could not review the bill before purchasing, and this is what led to the problem.  There was nothing I could readily see that indicated it was a subscription until I received a bill for a subscription.  This is why I decided to not use the product and return it, which I was never able to do.    They continue to operate from a less than best business policies, even what I would call deceitful, while making a token refund to people who have the frame of mind to keep negotiating for it.  I just got over it and let them keep some money, because that is what it was worth to me.

      I wanted to place an order for 1 bottle for $39. After entering my credit card it asked me if I wanted to upgrade and I could not find the place to opt out so I closed the screen. I never hit "place my order". The next thing I see on my bank transactions is one for $198. I immediately disputed the charge. This all happened on a Sunday morning. I immediately called the 800 # to cancel. They said they could not as the items already shipped, which was impossible. this all happened in 2 minutes. Then she said she could cancel my membership! WHAT MEMBERSHIP? Then she said I would have to take delivery, call them for an OK to return, and mail at my own expense. This entire company and website is a scam and I will also contact Shark Tank if they are involved since that is what the ad said. This is not a legit company - I do not want any of the product.

      After reviewing the account information I was able to locate the customer in question. We do have strict return policy as stated in our terms. We do ask all customer's to return the product and pay for postage doing so. I can confirm that the customer has refused to pay for postage and request a return label.

      At this time we do not provide pre labeled return labels for customers. What I have done for the customer is issue a full 100% refund of $146.03 and he does not need to return the merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect.

      The Wellness Brands ,LLC sent a package that has my name and address on it. I don't usually order online, unless it is with ******, and associated companies. I checked my account with ******, no "Wellness Brands LLC" on my account. I checked my debit card and found the same results. I had to open the package to see what the item was...maybe an auto purchase that my wife and I have for specific essential items. Nothing resembling the Wellness Brands LLC sent to my address. CBD Oil tablets is not an item that we use. I put a hold on all transactions with my bank card after speaking with my bank. There's no phone number inside the packing slip, and no bank, no debit card statement listing any auto transaction on my debit card. I reported the transaction to my bank, and put a hold on my debit card. It's been more than a week since this incident. Still no contact Wellness Brands LLC to return these items, in addition no phone number. But I do see a "Provisional Credit" of $198.00 to my account as a "Provisional Credit Fraud".

      The product is sold on ******** and the add states "Buy 3 get 2 free" sale price is listed as $39.74 per bottle. Seems clear enough but no total is displayed until after you order the product. Then the charge is disclosed as $39.74 per all bottles. When I saw what they did I tried to cancel and they wouldn't do that and when I asked for a manager there were none available.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      The business has given me a refund for the product purchased which is fine.  The problem is that the add is deceptive and I quote " Three bottles get two free, $39.98 a bottle". When your purchase is accepted the billing amount is disclosed at a total of $199.90 which is 39.98 each for all five bottles.  I immediately called and spoke to someone and asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available.  They sent me the product after I cancelled the order.  I am happy to return all product. I will not pay for return postage, waiting for a prepaid label to complete return of this order I cancelled.

      In regards to the advertisement, we explain its purchase our product paying FULL pricing and receive those bottles for free. OR its the same as $39 x X amount bottles.

      March 8, 2023. I ordered medical supplement, what i received was 3 jars of gummies with CBD oil. I'm alergic to CBD Oil, I would never have ordered had they disclosed what was really in the product ordered. I want to return and get a full refund.       I recently ordered from this company a total of $198.70 of gummies for health/well being. I was delivered an empty mailer with usps tracking number *********************** When I looked up the tracking number to see what company and what product I had ordered, I pursued more information on the company and found the reviews horrifying. It seems as if it may be possible that I have been scammed as well. I didn't receive anything but an empty mailer. Can you help me? And thanks for your help.

      I was able to locate the account and verify that we have since cancelled the subscription to ensure no future charges are sent to you. 

      Upon checking, It appears you have ordered our *** CBD gummy (5) bottles deal. After tracking the package I can see that it shows delivered, We apologize that the mailer envelope came empty. Our fulfillment warehouse is always supposed to ship our product out to customers. We have reprimanded this on our end and appreciate you advising.

      What we have also done today is issued a full 100% refund for the $198.70. The refund can take 7-10 business days. If you wish to receive a replacement please feel free to reach out to our customer support.
