    Nice install of new furnace. Quick service. Been with Rusk many years. Have to say, I can't think of a bad experience.

    I desired a top of the line Carrier heating and air conditioning system installed by folks who know that system well. That is what I got. The technicians were quick, efficient and did not leave a mess. I did well in selecting a company that has been around since before 1865.

    Furnace went out on cold Sunday morning. Called Rusk, very nice woman assured me a service man would call within a half hour...he did and 3 hours later he gave me the news that a main board fried and the cost of parts and age of unit dictated a new unit was in order..Two hours later I had Steve, the owner measuring the house and within an hour he called from his office with quote. Gave go ahead and Monday three Rusk trucks in my driveway with new furnace, ac and humidifier. Had furnace running on Tuesday afternoon. Installers were top of line and very nice. I feel very lucky that I called Rusk...out of the blue after seeing their trucks for years.

    I called Rusk Heating & Cooling in regards to replacing a gas furnace. There were 3 companies that had been contacted, one was a no show, another's estimate was $1500 more than Rusk for the same brand of furnace! Even though I have dealt with Rusk Heating & Cooling for almost 40 years, I find it is always best to get other estimates just to be frugal. The decision as usual was not hard to make at this point.Rusk Heating & Cooling has an excellent reputation and performs outstanding work. All the employees are courteous, show up on time, and provide great products, and great SERVICE!******************
