    Test drove a vehicle one evening and was told if I didnt buy tonight manager was going to increase price because they didnt know it had a moon roof. I got an email 8 am saying the price increased $3,300. Needless to say they dont want my business.

    Hurricane Ian left a storm surge that flooded my garage. My son purchased a car for me in Ky and shipped it to me. I purchased tire and wheel insurance, $1700. Shortly after I picked up a nail and went to a Lexus dealer in SW Fla. The Ky dealership did not file for the insurance so I had to pay $400 out of pocket. My followup with Rivercenter continued with phone calls and emails. Before Christmas I was told the check was ready to be cut and I should have it within a couple weeks. In February I contacted the warranty company and was told Rivercenter had never contacted them. I followed up with Rivercenter, Dealership Mgr, New Car Mgr and Finance Mgr. No Response. The warranty company sent me a check within 2 weeks. I would not recommend doing business with them.
